深圳的一些国际物流公司每天在这套系统里干活：一票货从录单、仓库扫码、查轨迹，到算提成、核销、出凭证，走的是同一套系统。需求、开发、上线、运维全程由我负责。我是工业工程出身，自己做过六年生意，现在在加拿大做物流履约。I trained as an industrial engineer and work in logistics fulfillment here in Canada. This year I designed and built an integrated operations and accounting system for a China–North America freight forwarder in Shenzhen, and I own it end to end: requirements, development, releases and operations. Their whole team works in it every day.

一票货从录单到出凭证、出报表，走的是同一套系统。One system, from the first order entry to the financial statements.
这家公司是我的客户，做中国到北美的货代。一开始他们只要一个小工具：拍张运单照片，信息自动录进去。用顺手之后，订单、仓库、提成、财务一样一样都搬了进来。The client is a freight forwarder between China and North America. They first asked for one small tool: take a photo of a waybill and have it entered automatically. Once that worked, orders, the warehouse, sales commissions and the books moved in, one at a time.
从五月写下第一行代码到现在，需求、开发、部署和运维全程由我负责。正式上线后的 80 天里发了 143 个版本，写了 3,700 多条自动测试。测试写这么多，是因为这套系统要算钱，算错一次就是真金白银。他们的官网也是我做的。公司名不写在这里，是为了保护客户的生意。Since the first line of code in May, I have owned all of it: requirements, development, deployment and operations. In the 80 days after launch I shipped 143 releases and wrote more than 3,700 automated tests. That many tests because the system handles money, and a wrong number is real money. I built their website too. I keep the client's name off this page to protect their business.
录单、费用、附件、对账单都挂在同一票下面，应收应付点开就能看到。Entry, costs, attachments and statements all live on the shipment. Receivables and payables are one click away.
每件货贴一张二维码，收货、量尺寸、加工、出库都用手机扫。加工完的照片会自动发到业务员的企业微信。Every package gets a QR label. Receiving, measuring, rework and dispatch are done by scanning with a phone, and photos of finished work go straight to the salesperson.
客户在官网输入单号就能查到货到哪了，不用再一遍遍问业务员。Customers enter a tracking number on the website and see where their freight is, without calling anyone.
订单完结时锁定毛利，每月出一张待发清单，老板点了同意才发。Margin is locked when an order closes. A payout list is drawn up each month, and nothing is paid until the owner approves it.
费用确认、收款付款、核销都自动生成凭证，人民币和美元账户按复式记账，利润表和资产负债表随时能出。Charges, receipts, payments and reconciliation post journal entries automatically to a double-entry ledger in two currencies, so the income statement and balance sheet are always current.
票据拍照识别、Excel 批量导入，还有一个员工随时可以问的系统小助手。Reading receipts from a photo, bulk import from Excel, and an assistant staff can ask about the system.
截图里的人名、公司名、单号和金额都换成了假的。Names, companies, numbers and amounts in the screenshots have been replaced.
有一阵我翻系统的操作记录，发现财务每把一票标成「已开票」，都要再手写一条备注。四个月写了 1,503 条，没人跟我提过。第二天我把它改成了自动的。At one point I was reading the system's activity log and noticed that every time finance marked an invoice as issued, they also typed a note by hand. 1,503 times in four months, and nobody had mentioned it. The next day it happened automatically.

官网单号查询A tracking page on your website
客户在你们官网输单号，自己查货到哪了，业务员不用一遍遍回消息。代理是谁、转单号多少，客户看不到，你们的渠道不外露。Carrier and agent updates are pulled in automatically and customers look up their own shipments. Your supplier names stay hidden.

订单一完结，毛利就锁定了。月底系统出清单，你点了同意才发。每一笔都能点开看怎么算的，月底不用再对着表格吵。Margin is locked when an order closes, a monthly list is drawn up, and payment waits for the owner's approval. Every figure shows its working.

每件货一张二维码，收货、量方、加工、出库用手机扫。仓库做到哪一步，运单上马上看得到，业务员不用再打电话问。One QR label per package. Receiving, measuring, rework and dispatch are scanned on a phone and update the order immediately.

哪个客户还欠多少、哪票没收齐、该付代理多少，一张表看清楚。一票一票对也行，一笔款核多票也行。Match payments shipment by shipment, or one payment across many. Unpaid and overdue balances are on one screen.

我的背景Background
工业工程出身，自己做过六年生意。An industrial engineer who has run a business.
我本科学的是工业工程，说白了只研究一件事：活儿卡在哪，怎么让它不卡。My undergraduate degree is in industrial engineering, which comes down to one question: where does the work get stuck, and how do you unstick it? Later I came to Canada for a Master of Engineering.
2018 到 2024 年我自己做生意，从零做一款汽车配件，做到淘宝、京东同类销量第一，卖了上万套。找客户、报价、发货、售后、把钱收回来，这一圈我走了六年，跟你们从询价到核销收款是一回事。From 2018 to 2024 I ran my own business, taking a car accessory from zero to the best seller in its category on Taobao and JD.com, China's two biggest marketplaces, and sold more than ten thousand sets. So I know the lead-to-cash cycle first-hand: finding customers, quoting, closing, production and shipping, after-sales, and getting paid.
现在我在加拿大一家公司做物流履约，天天跟订单、库存、出库打交道。我先把流程画出来，找到最耗人的那一步，再决定要不要写代码。Today I work in logistics fulfillment at a Canadian company, handling orders, inventory and outbound shipments every day. My approach: I map the process first, find the step that eats the most hours, and only then decide whether software is the answer. Sometimes changing the process is enough.
